George Kaloxilos
Drums/Vocals
At the ripe old age of four, George started to sing while banging on pots and pans. As he matured, he further developed his skills as a drummer and vocalist and has performed in numerous bands throughout the years, in a variety of genres.
His enthusiasm for playing music is matched by the sheer joy he feels when he sees the uplifting effect music has on an audience. George's feel-good vibe is appreciated by both his fellow musicians and the audience.
He is a crowd-pleaser for sure with his deep, growly voice that is both melodic and expressive. We love him!
Gina Monaco
Vocals
When Gina wa six years old she got a tambourine for Christmas from her grandfather who taught her to sing Italian folk songs while accompanying herself with the tambourine. He then made her perform for family and friends -- much to her chagrin.
One morning she heard Nat King Cole on the radio singing Mona Lisa, and was so taken by it, that she started to take music a bit more seriously. At nine years old, she got a guitar and learned a few songs. But she wanted to sing.
Gina studied Music and Jazz vocals at Mohawk College and also studied with Juno Nominee Ray Lyell.
The process of making music in a collaborative environment, and hearing it all come together, then sharing with an audience is the best part for her. For us too!
Rob Monaco
Bass/Vocals
Rob picked up his sister's (Gina) guitar when he was nine years old and never looked back. One Christmas, when he was 14 years old his Dad bought him a bass guitar, mistaking it for an electric. So, he made the switch.
He toured across Canada throughout his twenties and played covers and originals, many he wrote himself. He has recorded many of his songs and continues to write. He plays a variety of musical genres and has performed in numerous bands.
Rob loves the magic a band can create for an audience on those nights when everything is working and everyone is "on".
Every gig is different and Rob loves the challenge. So do we!
Dan Thomas
Lead Guitar/Vocals
Dan is a well-respected, highly versatile, and popular musician in Southern Ontario. His unique playing style and sound is legendary.
When Dan was six years old, he heard rock for the first time and was hooked. At 15 he started playing the guitar. Over the years his musical influences ranged from jazz guitarist Wes Montgomery, blues guitarists Johnny Winter and Stevie Ray Vaughan to Black Sabbath and Kiss.
He is considered one of the finest blues musicians in the area, and has performed with some of the biggest names on the circuit including Sonny del Rio.
Dan has a wide vocal range and wows audiences wherever he performs.
He loves what he does. We do too!
Jeremy Mote
Keyboards
Jeremy was influenced by music very early in life, living with music legend Ronnie Hawkins & family at Hawkstone Manor in the mid 70's.
Playing guitar since his teen years, he added bass guitar later on, and found himself playing regularly in cover and blues bands, as well as sitting in with many other bands when called upon.
During COVID, he used the time to keep sharp by learning keys, which created another path in his musical journey, leading to playing in an original band culminating in a CD release & video.
The only thing he enjoys more than performing with fine musicians is seeing a crowd entertained. We like that too!
